ADVOCATING FOR METCHOSIN

Addressing land use matters is central to the APRM's mission and purpose. We regularly provide input to Mayor and Council and other decision makers to better enable them to make decisions that support Metchosin's rural values.

The APRM also advocates for Metchosin's Official Community Plan (OCP). The OCP is a guide community decision making around land use. It clarifies the commitment to maintaining rural values and the natural environment (see section 2.2 of the OCP).
